Marketing and Event Coordinator

Responsibilities

As we continue to expand, we're seeking a talented and motivated Marketing and Event Coordinator to join our growing team. As the Marketing and Events Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in strengthening our brand presence, executing marketing strategies, overseeing event logistics, and working alongside our dedicated Social Media Content Creator and Head of Marketing. As a small marketing team, there are a lot of marketing tasks to handle - the position can be adjusted based on your specialization. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute your creativity and marketing expertise to our team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading the planning and execution of our presence at trade shows, exhibitions, and events, ensuring seamless logistics.

• Collaborating with our Social Media Content Creator to integrate marketing campaigns with our social media strategy.

• Coordinating digital marketing efforts, including Google Ads and social media advertising, aligning with the Head of Marketing's guidance.

• Maintaining and updating our company website with relevant content.

• Developing engaging marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and promotional content, in coordination with the Head of Marketing.

• Working closely with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing channels.

• Monitoring and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations.

• Contributing to developing our marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and lead generation.

• Staying informed about industry trends and emerging marketing opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Experience in digital marketing. Experience in Google Ads and social media advertising is a plus. 

• Proficiency in website content management systems (CMS).

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational and project management skills.

• Detail-oriented with a creative mindset.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

• Event coordination experience is a plus.
