Quality Coordinator

Arctic Filet AS is located in Norway, on the Senja island, in Torsken.

We are a processing factory specialized in the production of chilled and frozen salmon products. Factory operates under BRC, ASC, GlobalG.A.P. standards.

We are currently looking for a person to join the Quality Team for the position of Quality Coordinator.

Your responsibilities:

• quality control of raw material, products, and process
• preparing quality reports and supervising documentation
• collecting and sending samples for analysis
• reporting of non-conformities and participation in determining the causes and corrective actions
• staff training
• conducting internal audits
• continuous improvement of the quality assurance system
• cooperation with an external pest control company
• monitoring legal requirements in the field of food safety
• cooperation with certification bodies

Requirements:

• experience with BRC certification will be an advantage

• English skills: at least B2 level

• team management skills

• high communication and teamwork skills

• assertiveness, independence, and good organization of work

• qualifications of the internal auditor will be an advantage
