Qualifications:

· Certified Somelier or higher certification preferred.

· Extensive knowledge of wines from different regions, varietals, and vintages.

· Strong communication and customer service skills.

· Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff.

· Exceptional palate and sensory evaluation skills.

· Proficient in wine cellar management and inventory control.
