Product Manager

We are closing in on 3 million users and have a highly engaged community of tisers across Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland.

We are now looking for an Product Manager who wants to be a part of our journey and help us take Tise to the next level 🚀

The Tise team now counts over 90 people in 8 countries, and the majority work from our headquarters in Oslo. We're currently two product managers and are working in cross-functional experience teams and a platform-based core team.

To support the company’s future growth, we are now looking for an outstanding Product Manager to develop our products and services. As a product manager at Tise, you will be responsible for the outcome, shaping the direction and making sure we build the right product at the right time. We are growing quickly and as a Product Manager you will be focused on one of the two the product areas at Tise; Content and Discovery. Content and Discovery currently cover all areas of the product that lead to a purchase, which means everything from search and filters, and inspirational content to personalized recommendations.

At Tise, we believe that successful products and experiences are built on robust data, insights and great product intuition. As a Product Manager at Tise, you’ll be responsible for defining problems and outcomes, and together with your team discover and build great solutions for our users.

The role will be located at our offices in Oslo and be a part of the Product & Technology department, reporting to the Lead Product Manager.

🌱 Responsibilities:

• Identify problems, define outcomes, and help discover and create great solutions

• Define and drive a strategy and vision for your product area

• Keep up with cutting-edge technology and innovations that could potentially apply to Tise

• Work as a leader with the responsibility of your designated product area of Content and Discovery

• Help maintain the product backlog, drive product roadmap and own prioritisation process on product/feature solutions based on business value and customer impact

• Develop new products/features end-to-end, including specifications

• Deeply understand the need for data-driven decisions; define and measure KPIs

• Evaluate new product opportunities and bring forward proposals

• Work closely with the other teams in Tise (advertising, business development, new markets, marketing, etc.) to gain insight and ensure successful deliveries

• Present product outcomes and roadmap status on an ongoing basis

🎯 Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience in Product, Design, Software Engineering, Project Management, or a similar role in a cross-functional technical team

• Exceptional collaboration, partnership and influencing skills 

• Demonstrated interpersonal skills to interface well with technical, business and marketing teams

• Strong customer engagement and relationship management skills

• Creativity and ability to work independently with limited supervision 

• Proven ability to create structures and operational concepts

• Experience developing roadmaps and strategies

• Self-sufficient in analyzing and drawing conclusions about the quality of new product opportunities from raw and refined data

• Strong analytical skills

• Passion for making great consumer products and making the world more sustainable

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills

• Experience from, or interest in the second-hand or fashion industry would be a plus
