L’Oréal is experiencing rapid growth, and to further strengthen our position in the market we are looking for a Sales Analyst for our Professional Products Division (PPD) to support our commercial teams. This position will be important in order to grow the L’Oréal PPD business and to strengthen cross-functional communication and collaboration. The position is a 50 % long term role, and reports to the Market Director PPD. Key tasks and responsibilities

Collect/analyze sell-in/ (sell-out) data
Shape and disseminate analyses and syntheses to help decision makers to drive business activity
Cross-reference data from the sales force, market studies (internal and external) and marketing in order to have a comprehensive overall understanding of the business.
Turnover analysis
- Development of turnover by brand and channel
- Brand specific barometers
Commercial Analysis and follow up/assistance
- Chain/Channel analysis and follow up
- by Sales Rep
- by Salons
- client profitability analysis
- monthly Dashboard responsibility
- produce Monthly Management book
- Brand specific and strategic analysis

Your profile

Master or Bachelor within Finance, Controlling, Business or other relevant field
Experience from controlling/sales analysis/sales support is an advantage
Knowledge of the Norwegian Beauty/FMCG market is an advantage but not a prerequisite
Fluency in English and one of the Scandinavian languages
