Vander is looking for Customer Service staff

Vander continues to grow and we are looking for a part-time employee to join our customer service team in Tromsø. We offer a varied role with many different projects, great responsibility and flexible tasks. The position will be 30-50%.

Vander has apartments and apart-hotels in several cities in Norway and Sweden. At the other destinations, we have local booking and customer service staff who help with both local guests and bookings, but who also contribute with administration tasks for all areas.

The place of work will be Skaret by Vander in Tromsø.

As a customer service employee, you will:

•                  Have daily contact with guests for our apartments in Norway and Sweden.

•                  Work in our property management system.

•                  Placing and managing bookings and appointments for private customers, corporate customers and various appointments.

•                  Answering email and telephone inquiries.

•                  Follow up on payments, agreements and customer requests.

•                Perform general customer service tasks.

•                  Have close cooperation with other internal departments.

Who are you?

•                You have experience and/or education in customer service, the hotel industry or similar.

•                 Is service-minded, independent and solution-oriented.

•                 Structured, punctual and flexible.

•                  Collaborates well in teams.

•                 Thrives in a hectic, but varied workday.

•                  Are able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

•                Have good computer skills.

•                  Fluent in English, both written and oral. Good Norwegian skills are an advantage.
