Student Assistant Digital Production

The Position

As a Student Assistant in Digital Production at Novo Nordisk, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in video editing, sound, camera work, and lighting; assist with livestreaming projects, with the opportunity to learn and grow in this area; take part in the pre-production process, contributing your ideas and skills to create impactful content; work collaboratively with a team, bringing your proactive mindset and problem-solving abilities to find innovative solutions.; showcase your creativity and attention to detail in all aspects of digital production.

The position will be approximately 15-20 hours per week during normal working hours. With the flexibility to fit your studies/exams.

More in detail, you will:

• Assist in the preparation of facilities and equipment for digital productions taking responsibility for camera quality, lighting, and sound during productions
• Ensure a good backdrop and clean facilities after production
• Edit production material in accordance with Novo Nordisk's visual identity and guidelines, upload and publish finalized products
• Provide general administrative support and guidance to content owners throughout the production process
• Support live streams and events, ensuring proper set-up and technical support
• Support creation of other digital materials in addition to video production such as digital banners

Qualifications

The ideal candidate is a fast learner with the ability to acquire new skills, well-organized and detail-oriented with a quality and compliance mindset. We are looking for a team player and effective problem solver. To be successful in this role, we are looking for a candidate who meets the following qualifications:

• Currently studying at a university, business school, art or technology within the field of film, media & communication, digital content production, or a similar area.
• Minimum 2 years of studies left before graduation.
• Previous work experience, preferably in a suitable field.
• Some experience in video and other forms of media production and editing programs.
• Proficient in Norwegian and English (written and spoken).
• Good IT skills, including the Office package (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Experience with programs such as Final Cut Pro/Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and vMix.

You will be part of the Multi-Channel team in Novo Nordisk Norwegian affiliate in Nydalen, Oslo. We value creativity, teamwork, and a proactive mindset.
