Exciting Part-Time Position in Warehouse at Battery Factory with Long-Term Temporary Contract – Join

As we start up production in our first battery cell factory, the Morrow Cell Factory (MCF), it is critical that we expand our devoted Plant Logistics team, to support the establishment and execution of cost-efficient logistic processes.

We are seeking a dedicated and highly motivated Plant Logistics Specialist to join our team temprorary (1 year +) and on a part-time basis. There are significant opportunities for an increase in working hours and a permanent position after the temporary assignment.

The ideal candidate will thrive in dynamic working environments and possess a strong ability to manage timely and efficient logistics operations.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Support Plant Logistics Supervisor in warehousing tasks:

• Unloading and receiving inbound materials and chemicals
• Storekeeping and inventory management
• Preparing and loading finished goods for shipment for customers/partners, including goods issue
• Preparing samples and smaller shipments manually
• Conducting regular inventory counts
• Handling production scrap and preparing it for pick-up/storage
• Following up on all aforementioned tasks in our ERP system (SAP)

Working closely with the manufacturing team to ensure the operation of the pack-out & palletizing line.

Assist the Plant Logistics Supervisor in establishing, implementing, and developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Take charge of Plant Logistics operations in the absence of the Plant Logistics Supervisor

Assist in keeping logistical equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer's instructions and established procedures

Maintain a strong commitment to safety and ensure that operations comply with safety regulations

• Ability to handle dynamic working environments
• Skill in executing timely and efficient logistic processes with a keen eye for detail
• Commitment to adhering to best practices across all operations
• Strong motivation to contribute and take responsibility for establishing high-quality logistics within the factory
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP)
• Ability to coordinate maintenance and repair services for logistical equipment
• Strong commitment to safety and compliance with safety regulations
• Forklift licence required for classes T1, T2, T4, preferably also T3
