We are looking for part-time team lead drivers to work from our distribution point in Råde!

As a Driver Team Lead with us, you play an important role in representing Oda to our customers. You will be part of our dedicated team of drivers report to the Delivery Operating Manager and collaborate with other Driver Team Leads. You'll deliver groceries and packages to customers in the area and lead a team of drivers. We believe you'll like working as a driver at Oda if you can manage your time effectively, work both independently and in a team, and approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset. Additionally, you should enjoy being active, as this job involves a lot of physical activity and not only driving.

This position rotates between working every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday)

What you’ll do as Driver Team Lead with us

• Driving routes delivering food and packages to our many customers
• Keep work smooth and efficient by loading and unloading goods, helping customers, and following set routines and processes
• Providing excellent customer service
• Helping train new drivers that join Oda
• Helping improve driver routines and processes
• Responsible for keeping the site clean and handle daily tasks given by Delivery Operating Managers and other tasks for daily delivery operations

To be successful, we believe you

• Have a driver's license (Class B) for at least 1+ year
• Speaking and writing English and Norwegian
• Must have experience as a driver
• Have experience working with Google Sheets

The following will probably be helpful

• Experience in leading teams, especially operational teams
