Lappeliten is seeking a motivated summer help, maybe this is the job for you?

As a customer support agent, you will help our Dutch customers regarding their questions about products, payment, delivery and more in Dutch.


Your heart beats for good customer service, you have good communication abilities and you like helping customers via e-mail, social media and telephone. Maybe you already have some experience from previous work? No matter who you are, it is important for us that you can see solutions where others may see difficulties, and that you have a service-oriented mindset and take great care of our customers.

Lappeliten is one of the biggest manufacturers of name labels for kids in Norway, and we sell our products into several countries. As a customer support agent, you are the connecting link between our printing department and the customer, and you will work in a team together with great colleagues. It is important that you have very good command of the Dutch language.


We are located in a modern office site centrally in Høvik in Bærum, right around the corner of a bus stop to / from Oslo. We are looking for someone who can work between 40 – 70 %. We need help in the period from middle of June to middle of September, daytime or evening can be discussed. We'll work out the details together with the right candidate!


You are/have:

  • You have a smiling and positive attitude towards customers and strive to provide excellent customer service.
  • You have experience in customer service/retail or similar roles.
  • You possess strong oral and written skills in Dutch, at native/fluent level. Additionally, you feel confident in English.
  • If you speak additional languages (Norwegian, Swedish, French, or German), it's a bonus, but not a requirement.


What you will be working with:

  • Managing customer inquiries via email, social media, and phone.
  • Ensuring that both new and existing customers have a great experience when they reach out to us.
  • Contributing to a positive work environment.
