Villani Skostredet is a well-known and lively dining spot in the heart of Bergen, renowned for its authentic Italian cuisine and warm atmosphere. We are expanding our team and are therefore seeking passionate and experienced candidates who want to create memorable dining experiences with our guests and colleagues. 

Chefs: We are looking for experienced chefs with a passion for Italian cuisine. You will be responsible for preparing and presenting our delicious dishes with precision and maintaining kitchen standards. This position is for you who thrive in a fast-paced environment and love bringing Italian flavors to life. 

Pizzaiolos: We seek skilled pizzaiolos with experience in handling traditional Neapolitan Italian pizzas. The ability to work quickly and efficiently in a busy kitchen environment is essential.

Sommelier or wine waiter/waitress: We are in search of an experienced sommelier or wine waiter/ waitress who can guide our guests through our extensive wine selection. Knowledge of Italian wines and a passion for guest satisfaction are key qualifications. As a part of Villani, our wine bar Osteria Skostredet, has been nominated for having the best wine selection in Norway. We do welcome you to apply if your education is still not yet completed.

Bartender: We are seeking an experienced bartender who thrives to work in a fast- paced environment. Creativity and knowledge of beverages are necessary. 

Waiter/Waitress: We are looking for experienced waiters/waitresses want to create memorable guest experiences. The ability to work efficiently in a team and thrive in a busy environment is important.

Cleaner: As a dishwasher you play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen operations. Responsibilities include washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment to ensure a sanitary environment. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to our team in a crucial support role.

Qualifications: 

• Experience is required for all position. 
• Passion for food, beverage, and guest satisfaction.
• Ability to thrive in a busy and dynamic environment.
• A minimum age of 20 years old. 
• English is required.
