Tomra Collection Finance team is on the lookout for an ambitious part-time Junior Analyst. As Tomra Collection is on a growth trajectory, you will contribute to shaping our future direction by supporting with various analytical tasks and business initiatives. The role is designed to be flexible, allowing you to balance your work commitments with the studies, and combine work from our Asker offices with home-office. The position is hourly-based, with a minimum of 20% commitment, and the potential for additional hours when mutually agreed.


Areas Of Responsibility

We expect the role of a Junior Analyst to be dynamic and adaptable. The specific tasks assigned to this position can vary based on our evolving business requirements as well as your background and interests. As a Junior Analyst, you will have the opportunity to engage in diverse projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute your expertise to address real-world challenges. Here are some common tasks you can expect:

  • Analysing profitability, looking for trends and patterns in datasets and communicating your findings
  • Generating reports, displaying insights derived from various data sources
  • Gathering and organizing data as well as maintaining documentation related to various projects, activities and operations
  • Simplifying and automatizing processes and assisting with administrative tasks


Who You Are

  • Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field (eg., Economics, Finance, Statistics or similar) with 1-2 years left of your studies
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Fluent in English
  • Highly analytical
  • Structured and attentive to detail
  • Thirsty for knowledge, adaptable and able to pick up new skills quickly
  • Proactive and good at collaborating with others to achieve common goals
  • Thriving in a dynamic and high-pace environment
