Student Internship: Accounts Receivable Associate

We're Xaited to offer a part-time opportunity as an Accounts Receivable Associate, ideal for students pursuing a degree in economics, finance, accounting or similar.

This part-time role, designed to accommodate your academic commitments, offers the flexibility to work 2-3 days per week. It's crafted to provide you with a balance between gaining practical experience and continuing your studies.

If you're eager to expand your knowledge beyond the classroom, and contribute your skills to meaningful projects—all while managing your academic responsibilities—this internship could be the ideal next step in your academic and professional journey.

Tasks and responsibilities include:

• Dialogue with enterprise clients all over the world
• Inform clients on contracted price increases
• Request and follow-up on purchase orders (PO) and payments
• Invoice according to contract/PO
• Follow-up on dunning procedures
• Internal communication with Customer Success Managers, CFO and finance team
• Assist on establishing good accounts receivables procedures
• Other ad hoc tasks

Who are we looking for?

• Ongoing Master or Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Business and Administration or similar
• Strong academic results
• Good communication skills in both Norwegian and English
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
• An outgoing and pro-active team player
• Curious and Xaited to take on new tasks when necessary
