Inbound Tour operations - Nordics

We are a fast growing company ( DMC) in the Inbound Tourism sector, selling Nordic Travel packages ( Norway, Sweden , Denmark , Finland and Iceland ) to B2B, MICE and B2C clients.

We are looking for a team member who can work and grow with us.

Job description in brief :

1. Working with  B2B and B2C queries.
2. Creating travel packages, designing and drafting itineraries, costing and sending offers  to clients.
3. Operation and booking management once the offer is confirmed; booking services, creating and delivering documents to clients.
4. Sales and operation management.
5. Customer service.
6. When needed, occasional travel as a Tour leader.

We are looking for a Team member with the below qualifications and experience:

1. Minimum 2 years of work experience in a DMC / Inbound tour operations - Nordic region.
2. Able to work independently, but also a great team player.
3. Open and flexible to travel as a tour leader with clients when the need arises.
4. Is open to hybrid work concept - combination of work from home and a few days in office.
5. Added advantage if understands and speaks Hindi and other nordic languages.
6. Fluent in English - written and oral.
7. Solid Microsoft Office knowledge (including excel and word).

Salary : Upon agreement.
