Oda is a company on the move. We built Norway’s leading online grocery store and now we want to share what we’ve created with the world! Delivering a broad assortment of high-quality, affordable groceries to thousands of doorsteps is a complex process, but we believe we’ve cracked the code. Using data-driven methodology, with a focus on sustainability all the way along the chain, we are creating the most efficient retail system in the world. 

Looking for a part-time or extra job, or are you a student who wants to work some weekends? 

If you work as a part-time driver for Oda, you will be responsible for delivering to our customers and representing Oda. You will be part of a team of drivers reporting to our Delivery Operating Managers and Delivery Team Leaders. You will work at our fulfillment center in Lørenskog, starting and finishing your day there, and you'll work every other weekend. We offer part-time shifts of 20% and 40%.

What you’ll do as a driver with us

As a driver in Oda, you are not only important to our customers, but you also become an important part of our logistics operation. You will be responsible for delivering food and packages to our customers in various areas, including Oslo and the surrounding areas.

Be prepared for some extra physical activity, as there may be a lot of walking to and from the car, meaning that you’ll have an active working day. In addition to delivering, you'll also maintain the car fleet, train new drivers, and improve routines for better efficiency and quality.

You like to work well independently and with others, handle pressure, and be customer-focused. Enjoying physical activity is also important, as the job can involve heavy lifting and lots of walking.

The following will probably be helpful

• You have had a class B driver's license for at 1+ years
• You enjoy interacting with customers and strive to provide them with the best possible experience.
• You are used to using technology as a tool in your daily life
• You are in good physical shape and like to stay active during the day
• Proficiency in a Scandinavian language is a plus, but strong English communication skills are a must.
