Enghouse Transportation is hiring for a Renewals Account Specialist. This is a HYBRID role!

About the role and what you will be doing:

 

The Renewals Account Specialist will be focused on supporting the PMO operations including monitoring & reporting financials, project backlog and change management. This role will also work closely with project directors and support director. This dynamic role demands someone who enjoy working with teams on project governance & project financial reporting. Duties include but are not limited to;

 

  • Support project managers to have best-in-class PMO governance and project management execution within Professional Services.
  • Track and monitor PMO reporting for capacity, utilization, schedule, PM assignments and work with other team managers on master scheduling.
  • Effectively coordinate with project managers to ensure project expectations and team charter, project budget, project plans and risk registers are prepared, updated, and monitored
  • Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports build up. Such as backlog, commit and budget variance.
  • Monitoring monthly invoicing and billing for revenue recognition
  • Identify and lead operational improvements and provide requirements for continuous improvements.

  • Proven history of working in a PMO function within complex projects
  • Understand the importance of personal and team brand and takes a collaborative approach to working with the team.
  • Hands on knowledge on working with tools for project management and financial reporting e.g. PSA, JIRS, MS Great plains etc.
  • 6+ years working in IT PMO function with sound project financial management skills
  • Must have PMP and or related industry certifications.
  • Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Graduate degree in business or engineering discipline
  • Financial literacy is a must
