Junior Investment Professional (Part-time student position)

Moreld is an industrial group created through the merger of 20 HitecVision owned companies with roots in the North Sea offshore energy sector. Moreld will seize opportunities to increase its foothold in sustainable sectors such as hydrogen, infrastructure, offshore wind, and other relevant renewable energy sectors, whilst continuing to develop sustainable solutions to existing oil service operations.

We are currently seeking to expand and strengthen our team with a master’s degree student that is available to work part-time (10-20 hours per week) for minimum four months. The role is in-person in our Oslo office, with flexibility to work remotely. 

You will be working with 

• Strategy, business development and M&A  
• Operational improvement initiatives 
• Financial modelling 
• Industry and market research 
• ESG  

Qualifications 

• Third to fifth year student working towards completion of a master’s degree in finance, law, engineering, or science 
• Prior experience from internships in start-ups, venture capital, private equity, investment banking, M&A or consulting is an advantage 
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel 
• Highly effective written and verbal communication skills in English and Norwegian 
• Passion for entrepreneurship and energy transition 
• Independent and efficient 
• Team player
