At Coremine Vitae AS, we are providing patients personalized evidence-based information helping healthcare providers to identify the most precise and effective treatment options. We are a multidisciplinary team working to empower and support patients in a difficult situation.  

We are a spin-off company of Pubgene AS with a commercial focus and are looking for a new team member to contribute to our further development as a start-up company.  

60% position as a patient coordinator with the possibility to increase workload to 100% within 3-6 months.  

The main responsibility of the patient coordinator is to ensure that the patient/customer gets the best possible experience with Coremine Vitae, as well as contributing to the development of our service.  

The patient coordinator will be responsible for the initial contact and follow-up of our customers. This includes: 

• Coordinating incoming and ongoing cases  
• On-boarding the patient, where the patient coordinator gathers information about the patient´s medical journey, expectation clarification and mapping the patient´s preferences
• Collecting medical documents from the patient 
• Continuous follow-up and dialogue with the patient  
• Sending documentation and reports  
• Gather feedback from the patient 

The patient coordinator is part of the production team and is the link between patients and the science team. The patient´s needs and preferences must be communicated to the science team for them to make the best possible product for the patient. 

The patient coordinator is also taking part in improving and optimizing our internal procedures and our service.    

The patient coordinator is expected to assist the marketing and sales team, being the one closest to the customers. The patient coordinator will prepare reports, presentations, and results to effectively communicate the status of our case work.
