Ably Medical seeks Admin Assistant
Award winning Oslo health tech startup looking for an Administration Assistant
Ably Medical is a Norwegian health tech startup developing a medical loT platform that will soon empower care givers and transform hospital workflows worldwide. Our vision is to build a platform for preventive analytics to improve nurse burden in hospitals and home care. We are currently in a phase where our first product, a contactless in-bed monitoring device, is being introduced in selected geographies in the market for winning over early adopters while gaining user insights. In parallel, we are about to start the next phase of co-development of our next product with two centers of excellence in Germany and Norway. Ably is currently present in Oslo, Ålesund, Germany, and Italy. The position will be in our office in Skøyen, Oslo.
Your role:
Be at the core of Ablys’ operational functions, and work closely with our top management, assisting CFO and COO with achieving the company’s goals and objectives by ensuring processes run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Assist CFO with e.g. budget planning, forecasting and reporting
- Be the main point of contact with accountant and payroll
- Support COO in managing strategic projects
- Prepare and facilitate workshops and meetings
- Responsible for personnel administration / HR
- Prepare presentations to the Board of Directors, investors, or other stakeholders
A successful Administration Assistant should have:
- The ability to consistently contribute in a high-paced, agile work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks
- Be organized and analytical
- Able to manage work time efficiently
- Be a good communicator
- Take initiative and be self-driven
- Higher education or currently studying, preferably within business management, administration, economics, innovation, business development, or similar fields. Lack of formal education can be compensated with working experience.
- Experience through administrative work or project management through employment, studies, or volunteer work.
