Chefs:
We are looking for chefs who can be part of our team for the summer season. At Brygga 11, you will work with Norwegian fish and shellfish that are in season. We get our raw materials from one of Norway's oldest fish traders Br. Berggren located in the same building. In our kitchen, we make our dishes from scratch, and we focus on having the main ingredient in focus.
Waiter:
As a waiter your job as part of the Brygga 11 team, is to make sure our guests have a pleasant experience in our restaurant. To make them feel welcomed and at home. Part of your job description (depending on your role) will be: present the menu, take both food and drink order, make sure the guest have a goo experience, follow up on the guests and to follow
Bartender:
We are looking for full-time bartender, an interest in cocktails and serving delicious drinks is preferred with an ability to add a creative twist to our weekly drink specials. The position as bartender will be 5 days a week, early evening until close.
Brygga 11´s values (teamwork, down to earth/casual, fun (creativity), and whole hearted). We are looking for both experienced and unexperienced waiters. A person who always has a smile in hand, spreads good energy, and who likes to work at high speed. Positions available both for the whole season or only during the high season (start July to start August). You need to be 20 years old due to alcohol serving.

Brygga 11 is a seafood based A la carte restaurant located by the seaside. We are open for lunch and dinner and have open positions in cold and hot section in the kitchen and waiters in the restaurant.
