Hospitality Guides Needed

DMC Nordic Norway is an established and diversified destination management agency, based in Bergen and Oslo, Norway, focused on providing quality-incoming services for both our cruise industry clients as well as for our non-cruise commercial clients. We provide destination management services in Norway with an emphasis on quality and attention to the environment, using our solid network of trusted suppliers, valued partners, and official contacts to put together relevant, unique, and enjoyable experiences in Norway for our clients. 

To meet the ever-increasing demands of our customers, we are in need for English-speaking, service-minded staff with a positive and flexible attitude to welcome and assist our guests on their journey through the airport, hotels, and cruise pier of Bergen and to make their stay and travel in Bergen a pleasant and smooth experience. Jobs include (but are not limited to); meeting and assisting cruise guests at the airport, at the train station and at the pier. Operating hospitality desks at hotels to assist our guests and liaise with the hotel. Supporting and performing check-in procedures and many more. The work is strictly freelance and is concentrated around a number of fixed dates from January to September, during which the cruise ships visit Bergen. Work hours may vary. 

We are looking for people who are:

·        Service-minded and outgoing

·        Punctual, Reliable and responsible

·        Able to work independently

What is required of you?

·        You must be able to speak and understand English fluently ( German and/or French will be a plus)

·        You must have a Norwegian personal/D-number & tax card

·        You must supply your own black suit and shoes for uniform

·        You must be easily reachable by phone or email
