The Role as a shift manager

Reporting to the General Manager you will be working within a vibrant and fun environment within the hospitality sector. You will support the general Manager in running an enthusiastic and driven team who are always looking to make the customer experience great. You will lead and support the team on busy shifts and will also help drive sales across the business while keeping within budget where necessary. 

The Role as a waiter

Working floor service with a high level of food and cocktails. You will work together with a big enthusiastic team to deliver a great experience for our guests.

About you

We are looking for someone who loves working with people. Someone who is passionate about the hospitality industry and is always thinking of ways to improve the customer journey. Helping others is something that will come naturally to you and you will always be striving for perfection in the work you do. We are looking for someone who is curious, patient and nurturing in their approach to management and ready to build a great team beside them.

Experience you will need as a shift manager

• 1 year of managing a small team
• Running a shift within the hospitality sector 
• Rota management and analysing all costs associated with labour 
• Driving sales through team training and development

Experience you will need as a waiter

• 1 year experience in hospitality
• Basic food and drinks knowledge
• Team player
• Available for weekend work
