Are you an HR student looking for hands-on experience in an exciting international organization?

We are looking for an HR Assistant to undertake a variety of HR administrative tasks to join our HR Operations & Analytics team in the People, Culture & Strategy function. You will be part of securing lean and smart people processes and support tools while shaping and adapting our function to our organization. You will be responsible for assisting within a range of HR areas as employer branding, recruitment, onboarding, maintaining personnel data, administer various organizational processes, and handle various requests regarding employee benefits and policies. This is a great opportunity to get hands-on experience with the foundations of HR and learn a lot from our dedicated HR colleagues.

You will help us wherever we see it necessary, but you will mainly work with: 

• Supporting internal and external HR related inquiries or requests
• Contribute to HR projects such as implementation and roll-out of a new HRM system
• Assist in creating and updating HR-related policies, processes, and documents

Requirements

We are looking for a highly detailed-oriented and flexible student who seeks to develop in an exciting HR environment. More specifically we are looking for the following competencies:

• Passionate about your studies on either bachelor- or master level, preferably within HR related projects
• Able to combine your studies with work 2-3 days each week
• Excellent communication skills
• Tech savvy and interested in technology as a tool to streamline processes
• Great Microsoft Office 365 skills, especially Excel
• Fluent in Norwegian & English
• Structured and organized
• Enjoy coordinating projects and people
• Social and highly service-minded
• You are eager to help your team succeed through dedicated work and a solution-oriented mindset
