About us

We are a startup passionate about facilitating great, beneficial relationships between companies and their leads. We believe in authentic journeys - and enabling businesses to invite their customers to be a part of theirs.

With support from notable investors, sizable clients and Innovation Norway, we aim at providing the foremost platform for attracting and engaging leads.

Residential real estate is the first vertical we are entering. Since launching our MVP with select clients during the 4th quarter of 2020, we already have a high amount of new-built developments on our platform, engaging their leads on a regular basis. Our platform consists of a mobile app and a feed that integrates to our clients websites.

Our team currently consists of 5 full-time employees and 3 part-time. Our offices will be Oslo-based in the near future, but due to the current situation we are mostly working remote.  

About the job

We are looking for an eager, fast learning, Marketing Intern with ambition and spark. The job will require you to be creative, curious and a little bit tech savvy. If you make up for what you lack with an ambitious and positive spirit, we will teach you what you need to know to shine in this internship. You must be comfortable with moving at a high speed, and together with us aim for nothing but success.

Our mutual goal is for you to thrive at Knips in a way that day by day increases your contribution to our team and that prepares you for a full time position at our company by the end of summer. We set no limit as to the responsibility and role each employee can rise to, and seek to provide the best circumstances for our team members to grow and excel while being a vital part of building our company together.

Your skills

The following skills and abilities will be favored when reviewing potential candidates to be a part of our ambitious and fun-loving team - here's hoping you are the one that will stand by our side to take on the challenges that lie ahead:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or other relevant studies or work experience (or on your way to completing your degree)
• Experience with graphic design
• Experience with digital marketing
• An interest for photography and/or video
• Linguistic proficiency in Norwegian and/or English is a plus
