Oslo Skin Lab's "The Solution" is a high-quality collagen powder that can reduce wrinkles and improve the surface of the skin when taken orally. This is confirmed by solid studies. The product has only been on the market for a bit more than three years in the Nordic countries but has nevertheless managed to become well-known amongst our target group. We are selling directly to customers from our website, so our focus is to be visible in all relevant digital channels, such as native ad's, Google and social media, in order to drive traffic to our site.  We are also working closely with influencers.

We are growing rapidly in all countries where we are present and are now planning to expand our business to the USA.

This is why you are wanted here! We need someone who can help us gain insight to the American consumer market and culture. Whether you are an American living in Norway or are someone who have lived in the USA for an extensive amount of time; we believe you can be a vital part of our team!

Area of responsibility and tasks

You will be responsible of monitoring our American website and Social Media accounts. To succeed, we believe you love sales and know exactly how to communicate with customers. We also believe you have a strong set of language skills, as we will be relying on you to be our US English expert.

Main tasks will include, but are not limited to:

• Operating our American Social Media-accounts (mainly Instagram and Facebook), publish content and answering comments
• Adapt material/content to the American market
• Publish content and keep our website updated

As your tasks will be related to the American market, it is important that you are comfortable adjusting some of your work hours to the American West Coast time zone.

Qualifications

• Educated and/or have some experience within marketing, business, communications, sales or other relevant areas
• Professional experience with Social Media
• Fluent in US English, written and orally
• Great insight to American culture and consumer market

What we offer

This is a unique opportunity to play a vital part in our expansion to the USA. We are initially looking for someone who can help us about 1 day a week, but for the right person other opportunities in relation to our expansion could rise. We are open to discuss how to spread your work hours to what suits the both of us best.
