Lekter’n is the largest outdoor restaurant in the Nordic, with a capacity of 1200 seats in our restaurant and bar areas. We are now looking for a talented and motivated crew in all kinds of positions and we would like you to join our team for the summer season 2020!

For over 30 years we have served a large variety of foods and ice-cold beers to our guests at vibrant Aker Brygge. Our goal is to make Lekter'n the most popular meeting place for both locals and visitors in Oslo.

Lekter’n is a part of a bigger restaurant group called Mat & Drikke AS that owns and operates four unique and exciting venue concepts in Oslo. As an organization we are innovative on strategy, technology and social responsibilities and are continuously looking for new ideas on how to improve guest experiences. In 2018 Lekter’n was the first restaurant with a 100% mobile ordering solution, and it’s had a great success since then!

Lekter'n is now preparing for a new summer season that will start in April 2020. Lekter'n is a floating barge attached to the harbour, so you cannot get any closer to the sea. This season is filled with events and happenings which makes it a varied and fun place to work!

Sprinters and Bartenders are the ones rocking the boat by attending to our guests and serving food and drinks on sunny days. We have five different bars, two rooftops, separate hot and cold kitchens and an amazing view. We are looking for people with a “yes-of-course-attitude” and who wants to be a part of a large team. Experience is appreciated, but not required.

Floor managers manage the staff and have an overview of the service, leading the team on the floor and walking ahead as an example to our staff. We are looking for leaders with lots of confidence and who easily adapts and thrives in action. The captain is the floor manager who oversees the daily operations and this person needs to be confident in decision making and operational planning.
