Responsibilities

You will assist in handling the full invoice cycle, from registration of new customers, invoicing and following up on overdue invoices. The role will assist on administration and account for all our offices (Norway, Sweden, USA, Netherlands and Singapore). Our Administrative Assistant will provide customer service related to invoicing, generate reports for the Leader Group and assist in improving existing procedures and structure. The responsibilities also include managing documents and files as well as assisting in various daily operational tasks. This is a part-time (40%), temporary position with the expected end date June 30th, 2020. 

Skillset

We are looking for a master-multitasker with excellent language skills in English and Norwegian, both written and verbal, who is unafraid of new challenges. You are a reliable professional with a strong work ethic, and with an extreme eagerness to learn and try new things.

Education

SalesScreen was founded in 2011 by students from NTNU in Trondheim (Norway) and has rapidly grown into a profitable company with over 40 employees developing and operating the leading motivation software on the market. Only a few years ago, we were a small bunch of friends working together in our office in Trondheim. In the course of the last couple of years, we have opened new offices and welcomed new teammates in Norway (Oslo), USA (New York), Netherlands (Amsterdam), Sweden (Gothenburg, Stockholm) and Singapore.

SalesScreen is now used by thousands of teams all around the world, and we have a very solid portfolio of customers in Scandinavia (DNB, Gjensidige, Subaru, Schibsted…) and grand ambitions for SalesScreen in the American, Asian and European markets. After 6 years operating and being profitable as a bootstrapped company, we have recently taken on our first investor to help enter one of the most ambitious growth phases in our history.
