Greenpeace is an independent organisation that works for a green and peaceful future. 

We don't take money from governments or corporations. Anytime. Ever. That means that we rely completely on support from private people, which allows us to maintain our independence to fight for our planet, no matter who we have to go up against. Our face to face fundraising program is therefore essential to the organisation and what we can achieve.

Right now we are looking for recruiters to take to the streets both in Oslo and outside of the city. 

The work can be tough, but is always rewarding. You will have to handle rejections out there, but will be able to change the hearts and minds of many people, and help to build a strong movement that can change the world. You will learn about Greenpeace, environmentalism in general, as well as picking up valuable professional skills that are valued by employers.

We have a wide range of people in our team from students, those who have finished their studies, long term environmentalists and people of different backgrounds from every corner of the world. 

What we offer:    

• Comprehensive training in the craft of sales and face to face communication
• Information about Greenpeace’s work and environmental issues
• Hour-based salary: 140 NOK per hour 

What we expect: 

• You can work a minimum of 2 days per week. (Of course you can work more!) 
• Determination to develop yourself, not giving up at the first sign of difficulty
• Clear communication and reporting back to team leaders

The working hours are: 

• Mon - Friday: 10:00 - 16:00 or Mon - Friday 15:00 - 20:00
