The consultant works as part of our mobility team, and delivers excellent client experiences. The mentality will always be that we can make it work, and we will do our utmost in the hunt for client satisfaction. The successful consultant will be responsible for incoming cases, as well as ensuring further growth through commercial understanding and have a nose for possible new business and clients. Some travel activity is expected. Further the consultant should be proficient in both English and Norwegian. We are currently looking for a part-time employee, which will be able to work for us up to 50%. We see it as beneficial that the right candidate has experience/knowledge from working with work applications.

Key Responsiblities

• Handle immigration applications (Including having knowledge to the UDI-portal)
• Handle communication with clients
• Handle accompanied tours with clients to different offices (ie. police, SUA, orientation tours, house search with more)
• Provide support to other team members as-and-when needed in service
• Be able to travel to other cities in Norway when needed to
• Keep up to date with changes in legislation and routines
• Be attentive to details, and follow our routines and processes

Key requirements

• Be proficient in English and Norwegian
• Good knowledge of the mobility services market in Norway
• Preferrably have a class B driver license
• Experience from similar work
• Meticulous and process oriented
