We are looking for a Head of Finance & Treasury for Borr Drilling

Role Summary

The Head of Finance & Treasury will be responsible for performing finance and treasury activities for Borr Drilling. The position will be based in Oslo, reporting to our Chief Accounting Officer.

Responsibilities

·       Capital structure including financing

·       Foreign currency risk management

·       Liquidity risk management including preparation/update of cash forecasting model

·       Cash management within Borr Drilling

·       Counterpart and customer credit risk evaluations

·       Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures

·       Internal and external reporting of finance and treasury related items

Qualifications

·       Bachelor Degree or higher degree in accounting/finance/economics

·       Min 5 years of relevant experience

·       experience from banking or treasury an advantage/preferred

·       General understanding of financial market fundamentals, treasury function, valuation principles and USGAAP/IFRS

·       Fluent in English (verbal and written) and highly proficient communication abilities, both verbal and written
