Senior Project Manager 

The profile we are searching for is a Senior PM with extensive project management experience within IMR and construction segment subsea. The role will encompass management of projects in Europe, Mediterranean and West Africa, and international experience and commercial understanding/experience will be expected. 

The ideal candidate shall have;

• Worked in the oil and gas/offshore sector for a minimum of 10 years, primarily in IRM and construction segment. 
• Has lived in or is already situated in Norway (Bergen).  

Job Description 

Responsible for the safe, cost effective and timely preparation, execution and close out of underwater intervention projects in compliance with DOF Subsea policies and procedures, relevant specifications and quality standards as specified by the Client. Responsible for ensuring that Client and DOF Subsea interests are maintained during project execution.

• Safe execution of all projects 
• Budgetary responsibility for all projects
• Primary interface with respective clients

Required skills and experience

• Degree qualified in Engineering/Project Management or similar (Extensive experience could be considered as compensation)
• Minimum 5-10 years proven Project Management experience of subsea/offshore projects
• Highly confident, self-motivated, and self-disciplined person with sound management and organizational skills
• Must be able to perform and achieve at a high level of responsibility with minimal supervision
• Display strong leadership qualities
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal (fluent English)
• Strong technical background in an offshore environment
• High commitment to HSE and QA elements of
  project execution, and HSE regulations, codes and accepted industry practices
• Familiar with cost control and basic accounting principles
