We seek an experienced, likeable and structured Chief Business Process Officer. This position is located in Bergen and reports to the CEO. The CBPO must be a strategic project manager passionate about implementing changes both technologically and in terms of ensuring a culture of continuous improvement.

The right candidate is commercially driven, has relevant experience and understands the big picture of global business. You have successfully lead technological innovation processes in industrial companies, and know how to procure, implement and oversee digital improvement to secure gains.  You will be a vital part of the growth strategy of Grieg Star by giving employees tools to enable them to do their job as efficiently as possible with emphasis on value creating tasks.

Suitable candidates have higher education, strong analytical and commercial skills, and documented experience from implementing technological change. You are an open minded and energetic team player, who identify potential future solutions, and build enthusiasm around implementing them.
