Norwegian Holidays is a subsidiary of Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA set up to accommodate customers that wants to buy more than just the flight at www.norwegian.com .
Currently we are offering flight+hotel or flight+rental car but in the future we want this to be a one stop shop for our customers bundling everything relevant for our customer's vacation.
To take Norwegian Holidays to the next level we are now looking for an enthusiastic and passionate manager to lead the Holidays team, ensure growth and strengthen Norwegian Holidays role as an important and natural part of the Norwegian Group's offer to our customers.
Tasks & Responsibilites
Your main task is quite simply to lead and develop Norwegian Holidays to be THE preferred provider and one stop shop for all the needs of the traveler of tomorrow. You will never take your eyes away from conversion rates, site traffic or revenue streams and you will always have a relentless focus on the famous four P's; PRODUCTS, PRICING & REVENUE, PROMOTION and PLACEMENT.
You will work closely with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, have full P&L responsibility for Norwegian Holidays and for developing following up on KPI's.

Qualifications

You will join our team to build and grow Norwegian Holidays in a sustainable, robust and scalable way and to succeed with this we believe that the perfect candidate will bring with him or her extensive experience with e-commerce and online business. You don't have to have a background from the travel industry, but it will for sure be an advantage. The same goes with your formal background, a BA or MA in economics, management, marketing or IT will definitely be beneficial. Also you will need to bring with you a proven track record of working with digital customer behavior in a multi-national and cross cultural context. Further you need to have an analytical approach to problem solving and decision making and thrive in a high paced entrepreneurial growth culture. You balance your energy with strong leadership- and communication skills and you value and know how to leverage on the opportunities that comes with growth and diversity.

The position is located at the Norwegian HQ at Fornebu, but frequent travelling must be expected. As Manager Norwegian Holidays you will report directly to the Board of Norwegian Holidays.
