Lead and shape the future of our commercial strategy
We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Commercial Director to lead and elevate our commercial operations across the Nordics. In this pivotal leadership role, you will shape and execute our go-to-market strategy, drive scalable revenue growth, and serve as a close strategic partner to the CEO. You'll oversee sales, marketing, and lead generation functions, and be instrumental in building a strong partner channel that accelerates market reach and enhances profitability.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role for a commercially driven leader who combines strategic vision with operational excellence. You understand how to turn data and market insight into concrete actions, and how to leverage AI and emerging technologies to sharpen both positioning and execution. You will take ownership of pricing models, market expansion, and performance management - all while cultivating a strong, collaborative team culture built on shared goals and accountability.
We believe you bring a strong commercial mindset, solid B2B experience, and clear leadership qualities with the ability to lead and develop people and teams. Ideally, you have experience in developing and scaling partner channels, knowing how to recruit, motivate, and grow effective distribution networks that deliver results. You are curious, structured, and commercially savvy - with a clear, motivating communication style.
