We’re looking for a passionate, driven, and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team and take our guest experience to the next level.

Location: Bergen city, Norway

Cuisine: Chinese / Pan - Asian – wok dishes, high volume, quick service

Status: Full-time | Permanent | Leadership Role

WHO YOU ARE:

• A natural leader with strong communication and organizational skills.

• A hospitality pro with experience running a high-volume kitchen or restaurant.

• Skilled in staff management, scheduling, and service excellence.

• Confident in cost control, inventory, and daily operations.

• Calm under pressure and thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

• Selfstarter, proactive and solution oriented.

• Bonus if you have experience with Asian or Chinese cuisine – but passion beats all!

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Lead and inspire a dynamic front- and back-of-house team.

• Deliver exceptional customer service – every single shift.

• Oversee day-to-day operations, including staffing, budgeting, and ordering.

• Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and floor.

• Maintain top-tier hygiene, safety, and food quality standards.

• Be the heartbeat of the restaurant – our go-to problem solver and motivator.
