Chief Product Officer – Real Estate

At Vend, we're scaling our ambition in real estate. We're now looking for a Chief Product Officer (CPO) to lead our product direction in this space – a key leadership role with clear ownership, commercial accountability, and real influence.

You’ll be working with well-known brands like FINN and the real estate vertical of Oikotie, shaping their future direction while exploring what comes next – including how we integrate with external partners and platforms. You’ll operate at the intersection of user needs, business opportunity, and technology – with the mandate to simplify, sharpen and grow.

What you’ll be doing:

• 
  Drive the development of our core real estate products – evolving what works and building what’s next
  
• 
  Define and drive the product vision and strategy for Real Estate, in close collaboration with teams and leadership
  
• 
  Lead and support highly skilled, cross-functional product teams
  
• 
  Take commercial ownership alongside product strategy – balancing growth, value creation, and customer outcomes
  
• 
  Collaborate closely with our CTO to drive execution of the product strategy
  
• 
  Represent Real Estate in Vend’s broader CPO/CTO group and contribute to platform-wide alignment
  
• 
  Manage a wide range of stakeholders – internally across teams and externally with partners and providers
  
• 
  Bring focus and direction to product ownership as we streamline our structure in Norway
  
• 
  Shape the future of digital real estate services with data, insight, and a user-first mindset
  

We’re looking for someone who:

• 
  Brings solid experience in product leadership from complex digital environments – ideally in proptech, marketplaces, or fast-scaling tech companies
  
• 
  Knows how to lead across disciplines, and translate vision into action
  
• 
  Has experience balancing commercial goals with product and user priorities
  
• 
  Is comfortable working with data, user insights and iterative product development
  
• 
  Understands platform thinking and product design at scale
  
• 
  Ideally has domain knowledge from real estate or adjacent industries – but it’s not a requirement
  
• 
  Has a leadership style that brings direction, invites collaboration, and supports growth in others
  
• 
  Can represent the product direction externally when needed – on stage, with partners, or in media – even if you don’t see yourself as the loudest voice in the room

The role reports to the EVP Real Estate and is part of the business area’s leadership team. The position is based in Oslo.
