As our new Chief Operating Officer, you will join the senior leadership team with full strategic and operational responsibilities for ensuring Marketer.com’s financial health and operational scalability. This is not a traditional COO role. It combines financial understanding with broad operational leadership—making it a rare and impactful position at the core of our growth journey.
Your mandate is to ensure operational excellence and build the infrastructure needed to scale. You will oversee key enabling functions such as legal, people/HR, administration, and internal systems. You will drive cross-functional efficiency, implement scalable processes, and support international expansion by providing clear controllable performance indicators.
This role is ideal for a hands-on, execution-oriented leader with strong business and financial acumen and a proven track record in operations, business transformation, and international growth.
You will work closely with the CEO, board, and leadership team to implement scalable processes, optimize performance, and foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
Monitor and optimize financial KPIs to ensure performance transparency and accountability
Partner with the CEO and leadership team on strategic planning and fundraising and M&A support
Oversee operational excellence across finance-adjacent areas including legal, HR, and administrative functions
Design and implement scalable systems and processes to support growth and efficiency
Build and lead high-performing teams across finance and operations
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the company
Support compliance, governance, and risk management
Lead international expansion efforts, ensuring robust operational readiness for cross-border scale
Support change management and organizational agility in a fast-moving SaaS environment
Qualifications
Leadership experience combining financial management, operational leadership, and business strategy—preferably in SaaS or technology-driven environments
Background in top-tier management consulting (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain) or strategic finance is highly desirable
Proven track record of leading business transformation, scaling operations, and driving profitability in growth-stage companies
Strong analytical and commercial acumen with hands-on experience in capital markets, fundraising, or M&A
Strategic thinker with a pragmatic approach; thrives in fast-paced, high-growth, and dynamic environments
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging confidently with investors, board members, and cross-functional teams
Experience in international or multi-market operations is a strong plus
