Are you ready for a international journey into new markets?
We are looking for a results-oriented International Sales and Business Developer for our global expansion, with a primary focus on Europe and Asia. This is a unique opportunity if you want to be a part of a forward-thinking company in growth. Our head office is located in Molde but for the right candidate, we are flexible to find a hybrid solution.
You will be responsible for generating activity in new international markets, where the main activities will be to define and develop new growth regions, you will build your own customer portfolio and ensure new international customers.
You will be responsible for leading the sales processes from leads to signing, developing visibility around the brand in the form of presence in new markets, and being a strong contributor in terms of delivering strategies for rapid commercial growth. To succeed, you must build strong relationships with new potential customers, as well as develop strategic plans for establishing yourself in new markets.
We need someone with extensive experience in international sales and business development, preferably in markets such as Europe and Asia. If you have experience from the seafood industry, this is a big advantage. It is absolutely crucial that you are able to lead effective sales processes, negotiations, and work well with several departments to create success. It is also an advantage if you have experience with SaaS sales and some technical competence, as it will be easier for you to familiarize yourself with our solutions. If you have been involved in the establishment of SaaS companies, this is an exciting background.
The person we are looking for is strategically and tactically strong. You must have a strong competitive instinct and work purposefully to create results. For us in Maritech, it is also crucial that you are a good team player with strong collaborative skills. You must be willing to travel, to be hands-on and close to customers. Last (but not least) you need to have a burning passion for creating growth
