Do you have experience with product/vendor management? We are looking for a new leader for the department Vendor Management!

We are looking for an engaged individual with great business understanding. The role is Manager for our Vendor Management team in the Nordic at Foxway.

The overall role for the team is to secure a strategic partnership with our OEM’s (Dell, HP, Lenovo) and Apple so we can secure a mutual growth going forward. You will manage a team of Vendor Managers to provide the best suitable product mix and pricing for Foxway’s customers.

What you will do as a Manager for Vendor Management

Your main objective in this role is to oversee individual and team performance aligned with company goals, recruit & ensure team competency and foster a positive team culture, characterized by motivation and development. You will also aim to provide the best suitable product mix and pricing for Foxway’s customers.


Additionally, you will:

  • Develop and maintain efficient collaborations with vendors.
  • Create and execute a vendor strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Facilitate proposals for new vendors in close collaboration with Sales.
  • Manage transitions to new models/products in a rewarding way for Foxway and our customers.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction in collaboration with Sales.
  • Optimize deal structure together with the Business Controller.
  • Strong collaboration with Vendor management internally.


We envision that you:

  • Have previous leadership experience, including ability to motivate and evolve teams.
  • Possess a sharp focus on business-oriented initiatives, strong decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Have extensive experience working operationally with vendor management.
  • Communicate very well in Norwegian/Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.
  • A degree within Business, Finance, Supply chain management or similar is preferred but not a requirement.
