Who you are:
You are familiar with and understand the commercial mechanisms of the wine market in the Nordic countries.
- You possess a strong commercial understanding as you will be spearheading all of our sales and marketing efforts on trade as well as off trade.
- Additionally, you represent strong analytical skills, communication skills, adaptability, and creativity.
- Professionalism and integrity are paramount values at Wongraven. You stand for strong work ethics and will have the ability to execute plans and strategies, as you will be measured on the delivery of results.
- You have the courage to engage and be proactive in getting things done, especially in the setting of a small team (of three) where everyone must contribute to resolving outstanding matters. Furthermore, you will also need to be able to navigate within a larger corporation like Anora Group, the mothership of Wongraven wines.
- You have a good understanding of data and office systems, as using them is an integral part of our daily work. Lastly, you speak and write English plus another Nordic language fluently, preferably you speak and understand Norwegian.

Wongraven Wines offices are located in new and modern facilities at Gjelleråsen, just outside Oslo. They offer competitive conditions based on qualifications and relevant experience. The candidate should preferably reside in the vicinity of Oslo or be willing to relocate, at the very least work from there weekly and have a driver's license + a car.
