In this role, your responsibilities will include orchestrating strategic planning for the Madshus brand, aligning our marketing, product, sales, and design teams with comprehensive growth strategies. Your leadership will be pivotal in developing business plans for both new and existing products while managing budgets and resources to achieve financial objectives. We are looking for a creative thinker and an inspiring leader who holds a master’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, and extensive experience in brand management. The successful candidate will navigate efficiently in a matrixed organization, influencing without formal authority and demonstrating a robust understanding of cross-country skiing and the winter outdoor sports industry.
