As R&D Director Operations, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the development and implementation of operational strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness across the setup and operation of manufacturing lines within the R&D function. Collaborating closely with engineering, research and production teams to optimize manufacturing processes and scale up production of new battery technologies.

Reporting directly to the Chief Science Officer you will drive operational excellence through the implementation of best practices, standard operating procedures, and performance metrics, ensuring continuous improvement in manufacturing efficiency and product quality.
