Job description

• Solid knowledge in one or more fields of Banking, Payments, Finance, Capital Markets, IPO, M&A.
• Knowledge of Compliance and Regulatory Frameworks.
• Experience from Funding, Transaction Processes and Asset Management.
• Risk and Value Assessment, Investment Analysis and Financial Due Diligence
• Financial Management, Reporting, Forecasting, Budgeting & Liquidity Analysis
• Communication with Investors, Financial Authorities, and the Capital Market
• Business Development and Financial Strategy Execution
• Provide Market Insight Analysis to identify partners and companies with benefits from our fintech solutions.
• Take part in developing QR Pay Finance Strategy.
• Drive QR Pay continuous improvement culture, bringing new knowledge and technology together with lean and agile innovation methods.

Qualifications

• Higher education in Economics & Finance and/or similar.
• Knowledge of banking and/or payments solutions and/or e-commerce.
• Management experience, preferably as a CFO and/or Asset Management.
• Solid knowledge of capital markets, IPO, M&A, Funding & Finance, Regulatory Frameworks and Compliance, Risk Assessment, Investment Analysis and Financial Due Diligence
• Ability to communicate efficiently to investors and financial authorities.
• Solution-oriented, flexible, and adaptable with a “can do” and “keep-it-simple” attitude.
• Must be fluent in English as a working language. Speaking a Scandinavian language is an advantage.
• High level of personal integrity and ethical awareness
