HSEQ Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HSEQ Manager with a passion for safety and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and continuously improve our management system.
• Provide training on and promote awareness of the management system, QA processes and systems.
• Establish annual internal and external audit programs and monitor status.
• Ensure effective handling and closure of deviations, non-conformities, and audit findings.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, customer and internal requirements.
• Monitor changes in relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices.
• Ensure an accurate and valid TMSA (Tanker Management and Self-Assessment) submission.
• Collaborate closely with ship management to ensure continuous improvement and compliance with best practices.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years’ relevant HSEQ experience within projects and/or operations within the oil/gas/marine industry.
• Knowledge and understanding of ISO management system standards, ISM Code and of relevant marine & offshore standards, requirements, and industry practices.
• Demonstrates analytical, problem solving, time management, project management and decision-making skills.
• Demonstrates teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Norwegian and English.
