Purpose of the position
You will have the responsibility to develop the team and function professionally, secure best practice in our planning process, make it shine, and to ensure that we collaborating efficiently in all the projects.

Selected tasks and responsibilities
Lead a team of project planners and foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment. Continuously improve planning methodologies based on industry best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Long relevant experience and/or additional qualifications can compensate for lack of relevant formal education
Minimum of 8 -10 years' experience in Planning Manager in EPCI and M&M projects within the onshore /offshore industry
Proficiency in project management software
Experience with Safran Project and IFS is preferred
Fluent in English, both written and spoken, Norwegian is considered an asset
