As the People and Culture Lead, you'll have the opportunity to shape the employee experience from recruitment to retention and everything in between. You'll develop and implement strategies to attract top talent, foster a culture of inclusion and belonging, continuous learning and drive employee engagement initiatives.

It's crucial for Techstep to lead the way being recognized as mobile tech experts. The People and Culture Lead plays a pivotal role in shaping and driving this.

But that's not all. You'll also roll up your sleeves and get involved in the day-to-day operations, providing guidance on HR policies, performance management, and employee development.

Key Responsibilities

Learning & Development

  • Understand our team’s competencies and align them with organizational needs. Develop innovative learning experiences that resonate with our tech-savvy workforce. Develop and implement tailored career progression programs, empowering our employees to achieve their professional aspirations.
  • Support and develop our leaders to drive an engaged and high-performing workforce.

Leadership, Culture & Engagement

  • Build and maintain a work culture that keeps employees engaged and motivated. Make every new hire feel at home. Foster collaboration across teams and countries.
  • Coaching of managers with a focus on employees development, performance and wellbeing in a stimulating environment.

Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

  • Attract and retain top talents, ensuring a consistent flow of great candidates to meet our evolving needs.
  • Lead initiatives to foster an environment of inclusivity and equality.
  • Developing our employer brand and talent acquisition plans.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Oversee competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract & retain top talents.


To help you, you have four highly committed professional HR colleagues in three different countries to whom you will provide guidance.



Qualifications

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 10+ years of broad HR experience, including at least 3 years in a senior management role.
  • Solid knowledge in Norwegian labor laws and regulations.
  • Learning culture champion; showcase your track record of building a learning culture that empowers employees to grow and thrive.
  • Results driven approach; demonstrate a proven track record of developing and implementing effective people strategies that drive business results.
  • Possess strong leadership and communication skills, allowing you to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • HR Generalist extraordinaire; bring your expertise as an HR generalist, ensuring a holistic approach to people managers.

The position reports to the CEO.
