VP Subsurface Partner Operated Assets

We are now recruiting for a VP Subsurface Partner Operated Assets.

In this role you will report to the SVP Subsurface and play a crucial in the OKEA Subsurface leadership team. You will lead a highly competent team of today six indivisuals. In OKEA we operate under an asset-centric model, which means you will also work closely with OKEAs partner operated asset managers and teams, as well as SVP Operations.

Production from our partner operated assets significantly contributes to OKEA's overall production. In this position you will play an important role in strategically influencing how we manage our partner operated assets, to maximise value creation.

Currently, OKEA's partner-operated assets are Gjøa, Nova, Yme, Ivar Aasen and Statfjord.

The key responsibilities of the department are as follows:

• Maximise value from our partner-operated assets
• Managing license activities
• Follow up Reservoir committee activities in OKEAs partner operated assets such as reservoir modelling, production forecasting/allocation/deferral, and IOR (Improved Oil Recovery)
• Initiate internal subsurface activities related to see-to-duty for partner-operated assets such as static and dynamic modelling
• Contribute to internal activities for partner operated assets, such as updateing production forecasts
• Provide input to OKEA's Annual Statement of Reserves and Asset Development Plans for POA (Partner-Operated Assets)

The location for this role is Trondheim, but other OKEA location can be considered.

Qualifications

• Relevant educational degree and experience
• 10+ years industry experience
• Industry network
• Good communication skills in Norwegian and English, both written and oral
