Country Sales Manager Norway

You will operate from the city of Trondheim, and are responsible for our excisting business in Norway and to pursue further growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize market potential within the shipping and logistics segment in Norway.
• Sell and market logistics solution toward the import and export segments in Norway.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
• Ensure coordination and smooth cooperation between parties in the logistic chain
• Strong collaboration with our international teams, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities and drive growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field. 
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in shipping and logistics, with a proven track record in operational sales /marketing roles.
• Strong understanding/know how of the Norwegian export and import sectors. 
• Initiatvie to find and secure news business opportunites
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in an international environment, collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English and Norwegian languages.
