About the role

The role has two main themes. On the one hand you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our Pod business commitments. On the other, you will be responsible for ensuring timely fulfilment of our operational technology (OT) hardware requirements. 


  • Build strong working relationships with customers and partners, maintaining excellent communications and alignment. 
  • Be the primary point of contact for managing resource forecasting and planning activities within our Pod business unit. 
  • Enable robust Pod resource planning, ensuring that all necessary details are taken care of including any equipment and logistics. 
  • Follow-up on all Pod project deliveries, organize and feedback any learnings.  
  • Responsible for critical project document management and distribution. 
  • Primary point of contact and general coordinator for the supply of OT hardware for the fulfilment of projects across the entire organization. 
  • Seek to influence and gain traction with our key suppliers.  
  • Assemble company-wide purchasing requirements, place orders, receive incoming deliveries, manage inventory, and manage forward shipping to project sites or partners. 
  • Identify, organize and drive continuous business process improvement activities.  
  • Manage certain financial elements in our accounting system, including project accounting, customer billing and invoice attestation. 
  • Schedule and lead various weekly meetings, for planning, process improvement and regular updates to management. 
  • Ensure an excellent service level experience for our customers and partners.
