As a member of the Circle K eMobility team, you will have a key role in growing a top prioritized business area in Circle K. You will become part of our highly talented team of specialists in strategy and business development, finance, product development, marketing, technology, and operations.

We are now looking for a manager to head up our Network Development team with the responsibility of developing a winning high power charging network across our twelve European markets, working together with our colleagues in these twelve markets.

Key responsibilities:

· Direct a specialized team of business developers and technical specialists, focusing on network strategy, concept development, and hardware technologies for public high power charging.

· Making sure we are developing a strong network strategy for public chargers across our markets, follow up and ensure smooth execution according to plans, to ensure we are deploying chargers at the right locations.

· Making sure we deploy a public charger network that provides superb customer experience whilst being cost efficient, by choosing the right future-proof hardware, utilizing the grid in an optimal way and deploying a winning overall concept at our sites.

· In addition to leading the team, this role will have a special responsibility of assisting our business units in each market in rolling out chargers in an efficient way, including developing applicable guidelines and processes.

· Always stay updated and in the forefront of industry trends and technological advancements within the industry

· Continue to strengthen the collaboration with other teams within eMobility and the different business units in each market in order to reach our common ambitions for development of the charging network.

We are looking for someone who:

· Have experience from the eMobility industry and have a strong understanding of EV charging technologies and market dynamics. Experience from real estate development can also be relevant 

· Have excellent communications and collaboration skills

· Are able to manage various stakeholders internally and externally

· Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a structured way of woking

· Feel motivated to work with complex challenges

· Have a Master’s degree in engineering, economics or similar

· The will and motivation to improve and scale a new business in a fast-moving environment

·  Are fluent in English, a Scandinavian language would also be a strong advantage
